Elizabeth is a senior at Purdue University, where she is double majoring in psychological sciences and developmental and family science. She is interested in connecting with parents and teachers to promote children's social-emotional well-being. This will be Elizabeth's second year in the SHINE lab, with particular interests in working with mixed-methods data, collaborating with lab members, and developing an independent thesis. In addition to the SHINE lab, Elizabeth has worked for the lab school at Purdue, where she gained experience with preschoolers, fueling her passion for advancing the SHINE lab's mission of promoting child social-emotional well-being. After graduation, Elizabeth plans on working in a lab manager position before continuing work in research supporting family well-being.

In her spare time, you may find Elizabeth at a coffee shop, trying a yoga class at the Corec, or attending a meeting at Purdue's juggling and unicycling club. She is grateful to have the opportunity to work for the SHINE lab!
